2. Acceptance of Terms

Please carefully read and agree to these Terms before using our services. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, refrain from using our services.

3. Prohibited Websites

Hostosphere does not permit the use of Freenom domains for hosting. Prohibited websites include those involving government clones, spam, threats, phishing, fraudulent clones, adult content, lottery, pirated software, and proxy scripts.

All shared hosting plans are for web hosting only. We do not allow hosting mp3, mp4 downloads, movie downloads, streaming, or bot websites.

4. Account Suspension and Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your hosting and domain services immediately and without notice for violating these terms. Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy.

5. Free Domain with Hosting

If hosting includes a free domain and you cancel the hosting service, domain charges will be deducted from the refund. The domain remains active for one year.

6. Late Payments

Late fines apply after two days. Clear outstanding bills within 30 days after suspension for seamless service restoration.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Prohibited Content Examples

Examples include illegal material, warez, games, IRC hosts, and content promoting illegal activities. Hostosphere reserves the right to deem other content as “prohibited.”

9. Abuse Of Resources

Attempts to compromise network devices, denial of service attacks, hosting illegal material, and abuse of resources are strictly prohibited.

10. Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (SPAM)

Use of our service for unsolicited commercial or bulk e-mail is prohibited. Violations result in penalties, including account suspension and an administrative fee.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hosting websites violating newsgroup or mailing list rules. Hosting “open relay” SMTP or anonymous remailer services is also strictly prohibited.
